Chemical Week Magazine :: Business & Finance :: Asia/Pacific Vopak Acquires Chemicals Terminal in India; Dow Forms Terminal JV in China12:19 PM MDT | July 22, 2011 | —DEEPTI RAMESH Vopak has acquired all of the shares in CRL Terminals, located in the port of Kandla on the west coast of India, from a domestic operator. The terminal is one of India’s largest independent storage facilities for chemicals and vegetable oils, and consists of two sites with a total capacity of 261,600 cu meters, Vopak says. Separately, Dragon Crown Group Holdings (Hong Kong), a terminal service provider, has entered into an agreement with Dow Chemical to form an 80-20 joint venture that would establish chemical terminal facilities at the Tianjin Nangang...
