Thai MMA Details Expansion

Thai MMA (Bangkok) has provided additional details of a project to increase methyl methacrylate (MMA) capacity at Map Ta Phut, Thailand (CW, Feb. 7, p. 19). The company will build a second production line with capacity for 90,000 m.t./year of MMA, which will double overall capacity to 180,000 m.t./year for completion in the second quarter of 2010.
