Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Butstraen: Will speed up growth in India. Sunshield Chemicals, which is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (Mumbai), produces and exports surfactants, cross-linkers, and antioxidants. The company recorded sales of Rs943 million ($17.5 million) in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. The acquisition is expected to be completed within three months...
