Solutia Acquires Additional Film Manufacturing Capacity in Taiwan

Solutia says it has acquired additional capacity for high-technology conductive film manufacturing from Aimcore Technology (Hsinchu, Taiwan), a leading indium tin oxide glass manufacturing firm, for about $3.4 million. Solutia acquired last March certain high-tech film manufacturing assets of Aimcore Technology for $7 million.
