Sinopec and PetroChina Expand Petrochemical Activities

Sinopec Group, the parent of Sinopec, has signed a framework deal with the government of Henan Province, China, covering: a possible project to build a methanol-to-olefins plant at the site of Sinopec subsidiary Zhongyuan Petrochemical (Puyang, China); an expansion of the refinery and petrochemical complex of Luoyang Co.
