Sika buys flooring and coating products plant in South Korea

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says it has acquired a manufacturing facility at Gunsan, South Korea. The facility manufactures and distributes flooring and coating products based on epoxy resins, acrylic emulsions, and polyurethane. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. The additional production capacity will enable Sika’s business in South Korea to strengthen its range of locally produced flooring and coating products.
