Sibur and Sinopec Move Ahead with Synthetic Rubber JV in China

Sibur (Moscow) and Sinopec signed a cooperation agreement earlier this month, which will form the basis for the creation of a previously announced joint venture for the production of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and isoprene rubber at Shanghai.
