Rhodia Signs Deal in China for Rare Earth Business

Rhodia, part of the Solvay group, says it has signed a letter of intent with China Rare Metals and Rare Earth Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aluminum Corp. of China (Chinalco; Beijing), to develop opportunities in the global rare earth business.
