Chemical Week Magazine :: Business & Finance :: Asia/Pacific Rallis Acquires Stake in Seeds Research Firm12:09 PM MST | January 7, 2011 | —DEEPTI RAMESH Agchem firm Rallis India (Mumbai), a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals (Mumbai), has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company has completed the acquisition of a 53.5% stake in seeds research firm Metahelix Life Sciences (Bangalore). Rallis has become the holding company of Metahelix following the acquisition. Metahelix has a portfolio of seeds commercialized over the last three years.
