Petchem businesses of Gail, Indian Oil report sales rises

The petrochemical businesses of state-owned energy companies in India report sales increases in the fiscal fourth quarter, ended 31 March. Earnings figures for the businesses have not been disclosed. The petrochemical business of Indian Oil Corp. (New Delhi) reports a 6.2% increase in sales in the fiscal fourth quarter compared with the year-ago quarter, to 43.75 billion Indian rupees ($754 million).
