Oiltanking Forms JV with Katoen Natie

IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services (IOT; Mumbai, India), a joint venture between Indian Oil Corp. (New Delhi) and Oiltanking (Hamburg), says it has formed a separate jv with storage and logistics firm Katoen Natie (Antwerp). The new jv will be based in Mumbai, and it will pursue opportunities for the storage, handling, packing, and transportation of polymers and solid specialty chemicals in India’s chemical and petrochemical industries, IOT says.
