Mitsubishi Chemical Targets ¥5 Trillion in Sales by Fiscal 2015

Mitsubishi Chemical has launched a five-year management plan targeting sales of ¥5 trillion ($59.5 billion) by fiscal 2015, ending March 31, 2016 compared with estimated sales of ¥3.19 trillion in fiscal 2010. With the new plan, the company expects to report operating profits of ¥400 billion in fiscal 2015, compared with the operating profits forecast of ¥203 billion for fiscal 2010.
