Lonza Builds Plant in China

Lonza says it will build a performance chemical plant at Nanjing, China to strengthen the company’s international position in fine chemicals and performance chemicals. It will also meet fast-growing local demand, Lonza says. The facility will become functional in the second half of 2008, and its output will be used in antimicrobial applications.
