(Gurgaon, India) says it plans to start manufacturing new specialty fluorochemicals for the agchem and pharmaceutical sectors, and will upgrade its manufacturing site at Bhiwadi, India at a total cost of about $7 million. The investment includes construction of a new facility at Bhiwadi to manufacture from early 2008 a specialty fluorochemical for use in the agchem industry.
