Indian Firm Plans Specialty Fluorochemicals Upgrade

SRF Ltd. (Gurgaon, India) says it plans to start manufacturing new specialty fluorochemicals for the agchem and pharmaceutical sectors, and will upgrade its manufacturing site at Bhiwadi, India at a total cost of about $7 million. The investment includes construction of a new facility at Bhiwadi to manufacture from early 2008 a specialty fluorochemical for use in the agchem industry.
