Grace Buys Chinese Catalysts Plant

W.R. Grace says it has agreed to purchase fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst production assets operated by Noblestar Catalysts (Qingdao, China) at Qingdao, giving Grace immediate and local manufacturing capacity in China and North Asia.
