Capacity bounce: ExxonMobil's new metallocene elastomers unit in Singapore. ExxonMobil Chemical says it has commenced start-up operations at the company’s 1-million m.t./year steam cracker in Singapore. The cracker forms part of ExxonMobil’s previously announced multibillion-dollar expansion project at its Singapore petrochemical complex.
