Dynasol to Form Rubber JV in China

Dynasol, a joint venture of Repsol and the Kuo Group (Mexico City), says it has signed an agreement with Chinese firm Shanxi Northern Xingâ€™an Chemical Industry to jointly produce and market synthetic rubber in China. Dynasol and Xingâ€™an will form a 50-50 joint venture company that will build a synthetic rubber manufacturing plant in Liaoning Province, which will have a production capacity of 100,000 m.t./year.
