Cytec Acquires Production Assets in India

Fleming: To produce extractant products. Cytec Industries says it has acquired the manufacturing assets of specialty chemicals firm Star Orechem International (Nagpur, India) at Nagpur for about Rs1.84 billion ($37 million).
