Clariant and Wilmar receive green light for amines JV in Singapore

Clariant and agrobusiness group Wilmar International (Singapore) say they have received the relevant clearances to establish their previously announced 50-50 amines joint venture. The jv, which the partners refer to as “the global amines company” in press releases, is now in operation. The new company will be a global platform for the production and sale of fatty amines and selected amine derivatives.
