Air Liquide signs gases contract in China

Air Liquide says it has been awarded a major long-term contract by Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. (SMIC; Shanghai) to supply ultrapure carrier gases to SMIC’s latest wafer fab at Beijing, which will manufacture advanced integrated circuits for consumer electronics and mobile devices for international and Chinese markets....
