O-xylenes contracts rose 2.5 cts/lb in December, and another 4 cts/lb in January, to 46.5 cts/lb del. “Mixed xylenes have really been the driver for ortho,” says Scott Miller, managing director/RXN Petrochemical Consultants (Pittsburgh).
