Williams Ethylene Outage

Williams Olefins declared force majeure on olefins produced at Geismar, LA on November 10 due to maintenance problems. Williams took its Geismar steam cracker down for a 6-10 day planned maintenance on November 4, but work is expected to take longer than initially planned, sources say.
