US polyethylene prices to hold firm on strong demand, stable supply

Buttressed by solid domestic trade and strong export demand, polyethylene (PE) prices in the United States and Canada are likely to remain firm this year, says Nick Vafiadis, senior director/global polyolefins and plastics at IHS Chemical.
