Chemical Week Magazine :: Basic Chemicals & Plastics U.S. Imposes Preliminary PSF Duties10:35 AM MDT | July 23, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a preliminary determination that polyester staple fiber (PSF) from China has been sold in the U.S. at 4.39%-44.3% below normal value. The department launched an investigation in July based on a petition filed by Dak Americas (Charlotte, NC), Nan Ya Plastics America (Livingston, NJ), and Wellman (CW, Nov. 22, 2006, p. 44).
