Strong Outlook for Mideast Aromatics Producers

Mideast demand for benzene is expected to grow 3.7%/year through 2015, to about 3.2 million m.t., fueled by rising production of ethylbenzene and cumene, CMAI says. Capacity is expected to grow at about 1.6%/year, to about 4.1 million m.t.
