Shell Completes Turnaround and Debottlenecking at Chinese JV

Shell Chemicals says it has completed its first turnaround at its Nanhai petrochemicals joint venture complex at Guangdong, China. Nanhai is a 50-50 jv with China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC).
