Saudi Polymers starts production, Kayan begins trial LDPE run

Saudi Polymers has announced the commercial startup of its petrochemical complex at Jubail, Saudi Arabia on 1 October 2012. Saudi Polymers is owned 65% by National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) and 35% by Chevron Phillips Chemical. SIIG (Riyadh) holds 50% in Petrochem.
