Kuraray to Build Polyvinyl Alcohol Plant at La Porte, TX

Kuraray (Tokyo) says its Kuraray America subsidiary will build a 40,000-m.t./year polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) plant at La Porte, TX. The plant is expected to be onstream in September 2014.
