IFFCO, La Coop fédérée, and Quebec advance urea complex

Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative’s (IFFCO; New Delhi) subsidiary IFFCO Canada has teamed up with La Coop fédérée (Montreal), an agricultural cooperative; and Investissement Québec to build a previously announced fertilizer complex in Canada. The partners have signed an agreement to build the $1.2-billion nitrogen fertilizer complex at Bécancour, PQ.
