November contracts are expected to increase by 7 cts-8 cts/lb on rising feedstock ethane costs and higher spot prices, but a softer market in December could force producers to give back some of the gain, analysts say. The settlement is expected to boost ethylene by a total of about 4 cts- 5 cts/lb, to about 48.75-49.75 cts/lb, analysts say.
