Eastman Files Suit over PET Technology

Eastman Chemical has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Indorama Polymers (Bangkok) over Indorama’s alleged unauthorized use of Eastman’s IntegRex technology for manufacturing polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The company is suing Indorama companies located in the U.S., Europe and Thailand for alleged patent infringement, breach of contract, and trade secret misappropriation.
