Dow Divests Western Canada Caustic Soda Business

Dow Chemical sold its caustic soda business in western Canada to Univar Canada for an undisclosed price. The transaction includes Dow’s West Coast Distribution Centre terminal assets and is expected to close in 2007, pending regulatory approval.
