Conn to Head Petrochemicals at BP

Conn: BP’s aromatics and acetyls boss. BP has appointed Iain Conn as CEO/refining and marketing, effective June 1. Conn’s responsibilities include BP’s aromatics and acetyls business, as well as Asia/Pacific and Europe. He succeeds John Manzoni, who will leave BP on August 31 to become CEO at Talisman Energy (Calgary, AB).
