CPChem to Boost NGL Fractionation And 1-Hexene Capacity

Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) says it will expand natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation capacity at its Sweeny, TX facility by about 19%, or about 22,000 bbl/day. The NGL fractionation unit at Sweeny currently has a capacity of 116,000 bbl/day.
