Activities resume at Sabicâ€™s Geleen site after strike

A strike at Sabic Europeâ€™s site at Geleen, in the province of Limburg, in the Netherlands, concluded on 5 February when 1,800 employees resumed their regular tasks after 5 days of industrial action launched by the trade unions. Sabic announced the resumption of activity at its site through a statement to the Saudi stock exchange on 5 February. â€śDue to the limited magnitude of the industrial action taken and Sabicâ€™s fulfilment of its customersâ€™ commitments through its inventories, there has been barely any material business impact,â€ť the statement says...
