The CW75 Index was flat for the week ending June 13, in line with broader market indexes. Basic chemical shares rose 1.4%, while diversified and specialty chemical stocks were flat. Fertilizer stocks, including Agrium and Mosiac, were among the leaders. Those stocks continue to benefit from high fertilizer demand, which is driven by rising demand for corn needed to produce ethanol, analysts say. A.
