CW75 Stock Performance

The CW 75 Index rose 1.6% for the week ended September 21, in line with broader market indexes including the Morgan Stanley global composite and the Standard and Poor’s 500. The stock market rose on news that the U.S. recession ended in July 2009, but investors remain cautious about the outlook for the U.S. and global economies. Basic chemical stocks rose 1%.
