CW75 Stock Performance

The CW 75 index dipped 4.5% for the week ended June 23, lagging the Morgan Stanley global composite and the S&P 500 indexes, which lost 2.1% and 1.8%, respectively. Basic chemical shares fell 7.7%, diversified shares dropped 3.3% and specialty stocks receded 1.9%. Twelve companies posted gains for the week, 62 posted losses, and one was flat. Church & Dwight posted the biggest gain for the week at 5.1%, followed by Altana and Cambrex, each gaining 4.7%.
