CW75 Stock Performance

The CW 75 index fell 1.7% for the week ended June 9, outpacing the Morgan Stanley global composite index, which dropped 2.4%, and lagging the S&P 500 index, which dipped 0.2%. Basic chemical shares declined 2.6%, diversified shares receded 2.7%, and specialty stocks lost 1.2%. Twenty-eight companies posted gains for the week, 45 posted losses, and two were flat. Rogers posted the biggest increase at 17.3%, followed by Symyx Technologies and Clariant, with gains of 12.9% and 11.3%, respectively.
