Chemical Week Magazine :: CW75 Stock Performance CW75 Stock Performance8:43 AM MDT | April 3, 2009 The CW 75 index dropped 2% for the week ended March 31, in line with the Morgan Stanley global composite and the S&P 500 indexes, which dropped 2.2% and 1%, respectively. Basic chemical shares rose 1.9%, but diversified shares fell 3.6% and specialty stocks dropped 0.9%. There were 36 companies posting gains for the week, 37 reporting losses, and two posting no change. Ashland registered the biggest gain at 17.4%, after J.P.
