CW75 Stock Performance

The CW75 index rose 6.3% for the week ending December 16, outpacing the Morgan Stanley global composite and the S&P 500 indexes, which rose 3.3% and 2.7%, respectively. Basic chemical stocks inched up 14%, diversified rose 5%, and specialty stocks gained 4%. Sixty-three companies posted gains for the week, 8 firms posted losses, and 4 were flat.
