CW75 Stock Performance

The CW75 declined 2.1% for the week ended September 23 in line with a 2% drop in the S&P500 index and 2.1% drop in the Morgan Stanley global composite index. Basic chemical shares declined 1%, specialty chemical shares fell 3.8%, and diversified chemical makers slipped 1.3% for the week. Shares at 20 chemical makers gained last week, 54 declined, and one was unchanged. Aceto posted an 8.1% gain after a strong earnings report in early September.
