Enterprise regulatory compliance, including greenhouse gas limits, REACH, and plant security initiatives, is a key issue for today's chemical companies. Globally, these and other regulatory structures are growing ever more complex. To understand how companies are coping with these challenges, Chemical Week teamed up with CSC, a leading global business solutions and IT provider, to develop a far-reaching survey that takes an in-depth look at enterprise regulatory compliance and sustainability. The survey was submitted to, and answered by, high-level sustainability and regulatory executives at a number of leading chemical firms. We discovered some crucial insights into issues including the business impacts of cap-and-trade and the biggest obstacles in the REACH registration process.

On November 5 at 10AM EST/3PM GMT, join CW and CSC to discuss the findings of this new research and what they mean for the industry. We'll discuss how to stay ahead of the game, including managing the complexity of growing regulations while protecting your brand and optimizing your investment in compliance. This webcast is a must for anyone concerned with negotiating an ever-shifting set of global regulations.

The survey under discussion will run in the print version of CW and online on November 2nd.
