UK parliamentary committee to hold hearing on economics of shale gas

The United Kingdom's House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee will hear evidence from the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC; London) and the British Geological Survey (BGS; London) as it continues its inquiry into the economic impact on UK energy policy of shale gas and oil, the UK parliament announced today.
