U.K. Tallies Carbon Tax's Impact on Local Sector

The U.K. government’s plans for a number of carbon emission taxes on industry, including a planned carbon price floor, if introduced, would have a serious impact on the competitiveness of the U.K. chemical industry, says Steve Elliott, CEO at the Chemical Industries Association (London). Elliott made the comments at a briefing to journalists in London yesterday.
