Kemira Acquires Albemarle U.K. Production Facility

Kemira has agreed to acquire Albemarle's Teesport, U.K. plant. Kemira says it completed negotiations on July 30th for the site, which employs 30 people. Financial details were not disclosed. The Teesport facility makes corrosion inhibitors and drilling emulsifiers, enhancing Kemira's product offerting to the oil and gas industry.
