Johnson Matthey to Form API Joint Venture for Chinese Market

Aoxing Pharmaceutical (Shijiazhuang, China) says it has entered into an agreement with Johnson Matthey to establish a joint venture through affiliated companies, which will focus on the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) for narcotics and neurological drugs for the Chinese market.
