Regions :: Western Europe :: U.K. Johnson Matthey Sells Vertec Business to Indian Firm2:06 AM MDT | August 17, 2010 | Natasha Alperowicz Johnson Matthey says it has agreed to sell its Vertec business to Dorf Ketal Chemicals AG, a subsidiary of Dorf Ketal Chemicals (India) (Mumbai) for £4.6 million ($7.2 million). The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance and is expected to be completed by 30th September, 2010. Vertec makes organo-titanates for use as catalysts in esterification processes.
