Ineos, Solvay sign agreement for chlorvinyls JV, to be named Inovyn

Ineos and Solvay say that they have signed a definitive agreement to create their previously announced chlorvinyls joint venture, and that they will name the jv Inovyn. The jv is expected to be effective by year-end following divestments required by the European Commission.
