Regions :: Western Europe :: U.K. Ineos Reports Higher Third-Quarter Profits1:17 PM MDT | October 25, 2010 | Ian Young Ineos says that, "based on management information," the company's historical cost Ebitda (HC Ebitda) in the third quarter of 2010 was €402 million, a 7% increase from the same period of 2009 but a 16% decrease from the second quarter of 2010. Sales were not disclosed. All of Ineos's chemical divisions generated year-on-year increases in HC Ebitda, on the back of strong demand for olefins and intermediates. But the company's refining business registered a third-quarter replacement cost Ebitda loss of €59 million--including a refining inventory...
